Started my apprenticeship in 1998, Became qualified in 2002.

What do you like best about being part of Taskforce?
Returning to properties in low income areas and installing a new appliance and see the joy it brings, and meeting all walks of life.
Tell us about your most memorable / funniest call out.
Memorable, wasn't too funny at the time!
Attended the Doctors surgery at epping plaza in 2018 for a "Blocked Toilet" in the disabled public toilet. On arrival opened the door to the locked out toilet to what looks like a scene out of a horror movie.
The toilet had been kicked off the ground and was in a few pieces, there was wet toilet paper everywhere, feces thrown at the walls and all over the ground and ceiling. There was so much sh!t it was amazing. I have never forgotten it, and never will.
Spent 4 or 5 hours in there cleaning it all up!
My tip for some starting out in a trade? Stick with it, it's a great way to earn a living.
What is your top tip for someone just starting out in a trade.
My tip would be, Stick with it. its hard at the start, you dont understand it, its like a foreign language, then one day you wake up and it begins to make sense. Stick with it, its a great way to earn a living.
